Day 52/365 & Shoot and Edit Week 7

These are my week old Valentine's Day roses. They still look really pretty and I love the delicate details of the petals. While it was still dark, I decided to sanp some photos to highlight them. I like how they came out.






This week's shoot and edit theme is Pink. I'm not a huge "pink fan" so I don't have a lot of pink stuff around here especially since I live with all males. But in my prop basket there is a cute daisy flower on a headband so I chose it as my subject. I figured I could at least utilize the natural light from the window and the rule of thirds though it's not very exciting.

    Nice job finding a touch of pink - it almost looks like it was meant to be a select color shot.
