I had to mend Ian's AWANA vest so my little sewing kit was sitting on the table and it just looked so pretty with all the colored threads. It was sort of a happy rainbow.
I've been really bummed today. My parents were supposed to come for a visit. I haven't seen them since August. Unfortunately, my dad had a dental emergency and they were unable to make their trip. :( I was really looking forward to seeing them so I am disappointed.
I am sorry about your parents :( I hope that they can plan to come again soon--
