My Fascination with Insect Revisted

 

Ian came running inside yesterday yelling "Mommy, Mommy! Bring the camera! There's a bug on my chair!" So I did! I believe this critter is a Common True Katydid. I stand to be corrected if I am wrong, but he is a thing of beauty, don't ya think?

    Okay, that thing is pretty cool! I saw my very first leaf-like bug, the other day. Actually looked like a little green leaf but it walked around and stuff! Bugs are cool (when they are outside and not in my car).
