Daddy is on TDY in Bahrain so he had an internet connection that would support SKYPE. Ian had a grand time talking to Daddy. The called dropped a couple of times, but for the most part, the connection was decent. It was so nice to see him and to be able to share a conversation. He should be home by the end of next month so we are winding down on the deployment.
Best news EVER! So glad you guys had the chance to talk! I can't even imagine how welcome it must be to see his face and hear his voice! Fingers are crossed for a speedy and healthy return!
