Fun with an Old Friend!

 
 
 
 

I'm so happy to have a visitor here this weekend. My good friend (and fellow Bulldog and Pi Phi), Jen, came to visit us here in Central Texas. Our first full day has been lovely. We girls got a chance to sample some wine and have a little time to ourselves at the Salado Wine Festival. We got to sample several wines and got a souvenir wine glass. We also sampled some really great cheeses and chocolates and had a swell time visiting with each other. After we completed our rounds of the wine tables and had seconds of our favorites, we walked down to Adelea's on Main for tea and sandwiches! YUM! So much fun!

    NICE! Glad to hear that you had a good visit. You know, if you like wine tasting so much, there are some WONDERFUL wineries out here in fabulous BC! Just sayin'. You're always welcome. :D
