New Camera!

So you have to look at pictures because I had to try it out!!
And even though my pictures may not be all that great, my subjects are pretty darn cute don't you think? :)

    I ended up with a Nikon D40. I wanted to get an SLR camera, but didn't want to spend super big dollar. I think it's going to be perfect for what I want to do with it. I just need to learn a wee bit more!

    The D40 is a good camera and I don't think you can EVER go wrong with a nikon (such nice lenses, too!).

    I have the D50 (not a lot of MP by today's standards, but it's enough for me... I don't need to print posters!) I have loved it from day one and still do. The colors come out about the best I've seen and the pics are so sharp! (this includes the super-deluxe Canon my pro friend uses. I like the colors and sharpness of images on my little D50 much better!) The only thing I'm considering is getting new lenses, but I'm not in a hurry.
